We love to keep and incorporate as much of the original character as possible in our developments.  The St Nicholas project is a beautiful example as we kept the original envelope of the building, a former church, and built up the structure within to enhance the character of the neighborhood.  The single-story church is being transformed into a 4 story, 6 unit residential development.
