We incorporated raw metals and tons of windows with the original brick and concrete walls to create a blank slate for the creative minds that we were looking to fill the commercial space.  The ground floor is now home to a “the first hybrid co-working space & full service creative agency”* in Brooklyn and the space seems to have been tailor made for them.
